Shipments and returns

All items are subject to availability. You can easily check availability of any wanted item. To do so choose its color first and then by choosing size, availability of each of sizes will appear. We do our best to update the site with real-time availability. Unfortunately items are constantly coming in and out of stock. If any of them are unavailable, you will be notified via email or phone within 24 hours.

When your order is ready for dispatch we will send a confirmation email to confirm this which will also include your tracking unique tracking number.

Please allow up to:

- 1-2 working days from date of dispatch for Czech Republik, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia

- 3-4 working days from date of dispatch for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom

- 5-10 working days from date of dispatch for Albania, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Norway, Russia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine

- 5-15 working days from order date for Rest of the World (by airmail) All deliveries will be made by UPS or DPD for most of European countries or Greek Post for Rest of the World.

Returns Due to the nature of the product we sell we only accept returns based on manufacturer's defect. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt if you have any faulty items or shortages by email or letter explaining the problem.

You should NOT return any item to us without it being authorized first. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.

International customers:

we offer shiping for 30 euros for orders up to 120 euros

order 120+  euros shipping free with postal services sign for all the deliveries.
